Standard orders require 2 hours. Late-night or early-morning orders (outside 5 AM – 10 PM MT kitchen hours) require 4 hours. Custom or bespoke orders require a minimum of 24 hours. When in doubt, more notice is always better — call us if you’re working with a tight window.

Yes. We deliver directly to your FBO — Jackson Hole Aviation or Wyoming Jet Center — and hand off to FBO line service or aircraft crew, per your preference at order time. Please specify which FBO and your aircraft tail number when ordering.

Yes. We accommodate halal, kosher, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and all other major dietary requirements. All special dietary requests are confirmed in your order documentation and communicated directly to our kitchen. We do not make assumptions — we confirm every requirement in writing.

There is no minimum passenger count — we serve single-passenger orders through large group configurations.

All meals are packaged in aviation-specific containers: low-profile atlas boxes for galley storage, oven-ready foil tins for reheating items, and temperature-controlled packaging for cold selections. Every container is labeled with contents, allergens, and reheating instructions.

Yes. We offer a dedicated crew meal program for pilots and flight attendants — separate from the passenger order and packaged for easy access during duty. Add crew meals to any passenger order, or place a crew-only order. Specify at order time.
